Warrants of Arrest & Failure to Appear Warrants of Arrest and Failure to Appear Warrants are issued if you have failed to appear for trial, after being arrested, or have failed to appear on your appearance/arraignment date. Your warrants will not be recalled until paid in full or you have appeared before the Judge and he has ordered the warrants be pulled. Capias Pro Fine Warrants Capias Pro Fine warrants are warrants that are issued after defaulting on an agreement with the Court. Once a Capias Pro Fine warrant has been issued, it must be paid in full by cash, bank cashier's check, or money order. The warrant is outstanding until paid in full. If arrested on a Capias Pro Fine warrant, you must remail in jail until the fees/costs have been satisfied by time serving or the fees/costs have been paid in full.

What to Do if You've Been Arrested
If you have been arrested and incarcerated for a violation you were charged with, you must appear before the Judge. You must appear on the Wednesday following your release. Bring with you documentation or proof of your time in jail on that charge with you. You may then request to be credited with time served at a rate of $50.00 for each 24 hours served. No jail time credit is given for less than 24 hours.

The Judge will determine if you can be credited with time served. If there is a balance due on the charge, you will be required to pay off the balance.
