BRIDGE CITY COMMUNITY CENTER RENTAL FEE INFORMATION
Local Users: Residents of Bridge City and Orangefield Scholl Distrct Areas only
Out of City: All citizens living outside of Bridge City and Orangefield District Areas
Set up of tables and/or chairs is included in all pricing. Renter is required to be present for set up (will not be part of rental hours).
Refundable damage deposit for all events $500 Police Officer (per hour pricing) - if required $30
FUNCTIONS USING BUILDING AND GROUNDS:
Non- Profit Festival / Show / Amusements: Day = 7:00 a.m. until midnight
Local Users: Use of building and grounds (per day) $400 Out of City: Use of building and grounds (per day) $800 Clean up fee (per event) $200 For-Profit Festival / Show / Amusements:
Day = 7:00 a.m. until midnight

FUNCTIONS USING BUILDING ONLY:
Wedding, Reception, Dance, Reunion, Dinner, Etc.: These functions will include 2 openings/closings.

Local Users: Minimum (up to 8 hours) $400 Each additional hour needed (per hour) $50 Each additional opening/closing $50

Civic Group, Non- Profit Group and Local Youth Group Functions:

Functions that use the facility on a regular basis (i.e. weekly or monthly meeting) will be charged a contract fee. The proper fees will be determined by the City Administration and will be based on criteria such as hours used, type of function and equipment used.
