Responsibilities

The City of The City of Bridge City Personnel Department strives to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally. Our goal is to attract, hire, and retain qualified employees in a diversified workplace. The Personnel Department monitors compliance with Federal and State laws and City policies regarding personnel issues. The Personnel Department works as a partner with management staff providing advice, support, and recommendations to effectively utilize and manage the City's employee workforce.
